Set free into the wilderness, into the sacred valley of the Red Scarlet Macaw, flying out of their cage for the first time these magnificent birds flew over our heads at just meters above our heads. It was an emotional moment for the crowd as well as for the bird keepers who go into monitoring mode for the next couple of months/years.
Honduras celebrates this act by making a record high number of visitors who left their chores and the city life to enjoy this brief but exhilarating moment.
