heavy thunderstorm reported in eastern guatemala affects copan and adjacent departments santa barbara and cortes. As heavy storms with powerful wind gusts rush into town tonight causing a power failure.

update. 11:00 pm.. power is yet to be restored, since town is being hit by 100 mile/hour wind gusts a storm is expected, but no rainfall at this time.
update: the next day, 9:20 AM, teams of the national electric company work hard trying to locate the point of failure withou any luck, there is no information as to when power will be restored. As of today its been 10+hours without power.
update: 3:00 pm. Point of failure has been found
